Font Real Estate was launched in 2022 by a group of friends who previously held senior corporate roles and decided they wanted to combine their expertise and work together in a fresh, niche environment.
The team is well-established, with a combined 75 years’ experience in the market and have advised on +£4bn of transactions in the last five years.
The team has a truly diverse client base, which includes private individuals, family trusts, funds, REITs, councils, overseas capital, private equity investors, retailers and leisure operators. Font has advised these clients on assets across the supermarket, retail warehouse and associated out of town sectors, on transactions ranging from <£5m solus units to multi- tenanted > £100m portfolios as well as providing ongoing agency and asset management advice on >2m sq ft of retail warehouse, food stores and leisure space.
